To be efficient, a colon irrigation requires a period of 30 to 40 minutes. During that period, 8 to 12 gallons of water may have been gravity fed into the colon through the rectum, at the rate of several ounces at a time, then expelled each time. The first two or three irrigations can prove how sensible and comfortable the procedure actually is.
The colonic unit filtering system consists of a carbon filter, a 5 micron filter and an ultra-violet light. Before our water goes into the colonic unit filtering system, the water is exceptional clean. To start with, there are 2 - 4 foot cylinder-type pieces that filter all the chemicals from the water, then it goes through a 1/2 micron filter to filter out any heavy metals, Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and Cysts (a stage of parasite development that could be in the water supply). After that it goes through an industrial strength ultra-violet light to kill any bacteria. Once the water is filtered, the molecules are scattered. So, at that point it goes through an energetic field that rebalances the water with healing frequencies.
