Papaya Seed Dressing

4 Tbsp. Fresh Papaya Seeds

1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 ½ Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
¼ Cup Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil
1 Cup Salute Sante Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary Leaves, finely chopped

Seeding a Papaya:
Peel and half a fresh ripe Papaya. Scoop the seeds out. Measure out 4 tablespoons of papaya seeds. 2. Blend on High for a few seconds until blended. Lower the speed to #5 and slowly drizzle the 1 cup of grapeseed oil into mixture.
3. When finished add the Rosemary leaves.
